Chalet Rentals Direct is firmly committed to protecting your privacy. This privacy policy describes the steps we take in order to protect your data.

Owners:
Owners are required to provide details of their property as well as personal contact details. Only the property details will be published on Chalet Rentals Direct. Contact details will only be used to allow us to forward emails from renters or for our staff to contact the owner. Please note that we do not supply owners' details directly to renters.

Renters can only contact the owner by completing the 'Contact Owner’ form on the property advertisement, where their details are forwarded directly to the owner. These enquiries will be sent to the email address provided by the owner. Renters will be required to provide their own contact details when they submit their enquiry. It is, therefore, up to the owner to reveal their own contact details to the renter when they reply directly via email.

The owner may choose to publish their own contact details in the advertisement description itself. They do so at their own risk.

Please note that we do monitor messages sent via the 'Contact Owner' form to ensure that the contact pages are not being abused by spammers.

Renters:
If renters wish to submit a query to an owner they must do so via the 'Contact Owner' form on the property advertisement. Here the renter will be required to provide their contact details in order for the owner to reply directly. Chalet Rentals Direct will monitor all submissions to owners in order to ensure the 'Contact Owner' forms are not being abused.

Cookies:
Temporary cookies are used to help us improve the usability of this website. Cookies are small files which store data during your visit to the website and are discarded when you exit your browser. No personal data is stored in the cookie.

Third parties:
Whilst we reserve the right to publish property advertisements on third party websites, we do not distribute owners’ personal information under any circumstances.
