You must read and accept all of the terms and conditions specified in this agreement before using this website.

In this agreement an "owner" refers to any person listing a property on Chalet Rentals Direct. A "renter" refers to any person viewing an advertisement or contacting an owner. “We”, “our” and “us” refers to Chalet Rentals Direct.

Renters:
Renters accept all property information is published by the owners and has not been verified by Chalet Rentals Direct. Whilst we encourage owners to be truthful in their descriptions, we take no responsibility for inaccurate or misleading content within property advertisements.

Advertisements may include availability calendars which are maintained directly by the owner. It is the owner’s responsibility to keep this calendar updated and Chalet Rentals Direct accept no responsibility for its accuracy. We strongly advise you contact the owner to confirm availability before proceeding to book any other part of your trip.

If renters wish to contact a property owner they must do so through the 'Contact Owner' page for the property. Personal details are provided to the owner at the renter's own risk. Owners will only provide their own contact details if they desire. Chalet Rentals Direct will not provide these details to renters, unless the owner has chosen to list them directly in their property description.

Chalet Rentals Direct may supply additional information on resorts. For example, weather conditions, mountain statistics, skiing reviews or resort reviews. Whilst we try to ensure this information is accurate, we take no responsibility for any errors and provide these only as a guideline.

Owners:
Property owners can purchase an advertising subscription with Chalet Rentals Direct. We will list the advertisement until either the subscription expires or the owner notifies us to remove it from our website. Owners can open an account with us for free and begin to create draft advertisements for their property. They may only purchase a subscription after they have created the advertisement. If unsatisfied with the draft, there is no obligation to purchase a subscription.

All owners will be notified by email in advance of their subscription expiring. Owners may log back into their account at any time to increase their subscription.

We reserve the right to remove an advertisement at any time without warning or reason. However, we will attempt to make contact with owners in the event that we feel this is necessary.

We will make regular checks on the content of advertisements and reserve the right to update content, without notification to the owner, if we feel it will improve the appearance of the advertisement. For example, we may correct typographical errors in property descriptions or crop photographs.

Owners agree they own the photographs they publish in their advertisements and the description of the property is their own wording. Chalet Rentals Direct is not responsible for any breach of copyright where the owner has not adhered to this term.

The owner accepts their advertisement may be published or withdrawn from third party websites without warning. The agreements made between Chalet Rentals Direct and third party websites at the time of publishing may not remain for the full duration of the subscription.

The owner accepts that advertising their property on Chalet Rentals Direct does not guarantee their property will be rented.

Chalet Rentals Direct is an advertiser and has no involvement with the transaction of a property rental. When a renter finds a property on our website they can contact the owner directly to arrange a rental agreement. The transaction is strictly between the renter and the owner.

Owners provide their personal details to potential renters at their own risk. Chalet Rentals Direct will not publish an owner’s personal details (unless they choose to list them in their property description). We will never provide personal details to any third parties.
