Penthouse Chalet
Our stunning catered Penthuse chalet is
in the Les Eucherts area of La Rosière at
a height of 1850m. It’s in the perfect
location being in a very quiet area with
uninterrupted views over the valley but
only 200m away from the main chairlift so
there is no driving or minibus transfers
required. The chalet is also only 200mm
away from the ice skating rink,
bars/restaurants, ski school meeting
point and bowling alley.
The Penthouse is an large chalet that
extends over 2 floors and from the
massive top floor dining room/lounge you
have stunning views down the valley.
There are six completely en-suite
bedrooms, all having baths and overhead
showers, together with toilets/sinks and
hairdryers are also provided. Three of
the bedrooms are doubles (with one being
a family room with a separate area under
the eaves for children under 12) and
there are three twin bedrooms.
On the top floor there is a large
lounge/dining area complete with beamed
ceiling; the kitchen area; floor to
ceiling picture windows; a very large
dining table seating up to 16 people
which overlooks the valley below and the
open fireplace is surrounded by
comfortable sofas. There are two bedrooms
one of which is a family room sleeping
two adults with two additional beds for
younger children and one which is a twin
bedroom.
Downstairs we have 4 en-suite rooms – two
doubles and two twin bedrooms. One of the
doubles has a private balcony with
stunning views down into the valley and
one of the twins also overlook the valley
below. The other double and twin have
views up to the piste. On the balcony you
will find our inviting hot tub which you
are free to use during the evening.
For those of you that cannot escape from
work there is WiFi and there is a large
television for watching your DVD’s on or
watch Sky TV if you really choose to.
We believe the quality of cooking to be
just as important as the skiing
experience and so unlike many of our
competitors our budget for food and wine
for each guest is very generous. We
ensure that you will receive fresh
quality food of the highest standard.
Every day you will start with a hearty
breakfast with a choice of cereals,
French bread, jams, porridge, fruit
juices etc, together with fresh tea and
coffee. Please note that on one day this
will be self service due to the chalet
hosts day off.
In the afternoon when you return from the
slopes you will be greeted by freshly
baked cakes and fresh tea, coffee and hot
chocolate (six days of the week)
Dinner is a delicious 3 course meal with
quality red and white bottled wines that
is served from when the meal commences to
when it ends. The evening is finished off
with coffee and chocolates.
Children's Meals
We understand that young children will
not always want to wait until later for
dinner with adults and indeed they won't
always want to eat the same type of
food!. Thus we offer a high tea for
children, if required, at approximately
6pm and like all of our adult meals they
will be freshly prepared, of excellent
quality and served with juices, cordials
etc. We do not serve the likes of coke
due to health reasons but you are more
than welcome to supply these yourselves
if required. Our hosts will contact you
before your holiday to discuss the meal
plan for your children.

self-service on the chalet hosts day

Discounts/Under occupancy charges
•When sharing with the parents in the
family rooms under 12's are charged at
50% of the adult cost
•Under 12's deduct £50 per week
•Under 2 sharing with adults are charged
at £75 (excluding baby food and formulae
milk) cots and highchairs provided free
of charge
•Unoccupied beds - If you occupy a
double/twin room by yourself
unfortunately we have to charge the empty
bed at the full rate less £100.
