Chalet Anchorage is a large traditional
5* luxury Alpine chalet with a personal
touch. A real home from home, offering a
service tailored to your requirements in
comfortable surroundings, and fabulous
cuisine using locally sourced seasonal
produce, prepared by our professional
Chef.
At Chalet Anchorage, we welcome Family's
with children, groups of friends, or
couples just wishing to book an
individual room rather than the entire
Chalet.
Backing onto a dense forest of fir trees
and with stunning views of the Aiguille
de Midi, and with the local deer running
through the garden, Chalet Anchorage
really is a "winter wonderland" and a
"summer paradise", perfect for one or two
families or large group of friends, at
any time of year.
Ideally situated in the Chamonix valley
between Chamonix and Les Houches, a 5-10
minute drive from Chamonix town centre
and the ski lifts, the chalet is also
within easy reach of the nearby ski areas
of Argentiere and Le Tour, and
Courmayer.
We offer the option of booking the chalet
for a long weekends (Thurs - Sunday), or
for those of you who wish to enjoy their
holiday that little bit longer, ie 10
days.

brand new 8 person Jacuzzi/Hot tub,
situated out on the large terrace, with
sunloungers, where you can soak up the
amazing view of the Aiguille du Midi &

sofas, TV, DVD, Sky, & WIFI, Ipod
dock.

Cuisine:
Apart from the snow, your food is
probably one of the most important
factors of your holiday, especially as
you will be burning up plenty of energy,
whilst skiing each day...
As Neil has worked as a professional Chef
for over 20 years, working in restaurants
all over the world and privately for
VIP's, you can be well assured that your
palates will not be disappointed!
We firmly believe in using quality fresh
and seasonal local produce, along with
trying to give you an idea of the cuisine
in the local area. We will be offering
you a hearty cooked breakfast, Afternoon
Tea, Four course Evening Meal accompanied
by house wine.
KID'S - We realise that children do not
always want to eat 'grown up' food, and
often want to eat a little earlier after
a long day on the slopes, so we are very
happy to prepare 'kids friendly' meals,
using fresh produce, as their food is
just as important to us as the adults
meals.

Hand made ravioli with butternut squash
and Parmesan regiano.
Veal scaloppini, creamed spinach and
pommes frites.
Brioche bread & butter pudding with
cointreau crème anglaise.
